Details
"The corresponding decree has already entered into force. It will be valid until June 1, 2023"
The Government of the Russian Federation has established new rules for supervising compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms.
During the inspections, it will be checked how employers comply with the legislation on special assessment of working conditions and provide the necessary conditions for people with disabilities.
Both preventive measures (informing, summarizing law enforcement practice, announcing a warning, counseling, preventive visit) and control (inspection visit, raid inspection, documentary and field checks) will be carried out.
Inspection visits will be conducted without notifying employers and facility owners. In case of violations, inspectors have the right to take photographs and make audio and video recordings. The term of the visit cannot exceed one working day.
The new document replaces the rules approved in 2012.
