"The State Duma of the Russian Federation considered a government draft law that removes a number of restrictions on foreign shareholders of Russian media"
The draft law is aimed at the execution of the decision in the case on the constitutionality of Article 19.1 of the Federal Law “On Mass Media” in connection with the complaint of Yevgeny Finkelshtein. Earlier, the billionaire lost his asset on a Russian radio station due to the Law on Mass Media.
