It is proposed to allow debtors to submit revised applications once, including adjusting the list of creditors. In this case, half a year begins to be counted again - from the moment the updated notice is published in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information.
They may also be allowed to transfer, without the consent of the debtor, in respect of whom the enforcement proceedings have been completed, his personal data to federal, regional executive authorities and municipalities.
It should be noted that from September 1, 2020 to the end of June 2021, Russians tried 10,961 times to initiate extrajudicial personal bankruptcy, the procedure was initiated only in 37% of cases (4032).
