Last week, seven more regions of Russia approved indexes reflecting the regional characteristics of the labor market. It is used in the calculation of patents on personal income tax for foreign citizens in accordance with the Tax Code of Russia.
According to the law of the region from 01.11.2017 № 3100-ЗПО the index will be equal to 1.62 (payments under the patent will amount to 3277.59 rubles).
In the Orel Region, the index will be 1.649 (the law of 08.11.2017 No. 2171-O) - payments under the patent will amount to 3336.26 rubles.
In the Pskov Region - 1,694 (the law from 06.11.2017 № 1814-OZ) - payments under the patent will amount to 3427.30 rubles.
In the Astrakhan Region - 1.83 (the law of 31.10.2017 № 62/2017-OZ) - payments under the patent will amount to 3702.46 rubles.
In the Yaroslavl Region - 1.9 (the law of 31.10.2017 № 48-з) - payments under the patent will amount to 3844.08 rubles.
In the Republic of Karelia - 2,03 (the law from 03.11.2017 № 2171-ЗРК) - payments under the patent will amount to 4107,1 rubles.
At Primorsky Krai established the largest ratio. The law of November 7, 2017 No. 203-KZ established an index of 2.04 - payments under the patent will amount to 4,127.33 rubles.
