The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation has made changes to the list of industries, jobs and positions with harmful and hazardous working conditions, which limit the work of women.
Certain types of work were excluded from the list. Now women will not be able to work, for example, as aviation mechanics for instruments and engines. Specific types of professions for which the use of female labor is limited have been identified. We are talking about boiler houses, cold stamping, drawing and pressing works.
The order of the Ministry of Labor states that the amended list will be applied from March 1, 2022 to March 1, 2028.
