To the alternative ways to increase salaries the Supreme Court of Russia attributes, for example, increasing of the base salary and payment of bonuses. The conclusion does not apply to state and municipal bodies and institutions. It was reflected in paragraph 10 of the Supreme Court's Judicial Review No. 4 for 2017.
