"The draft law will come into force on January 1, 2018"
The Federal Labor Service of Russia (Rostrud) will begin to apply checklists from January 2018. For self-assessment employers can use checklists now.
For example, such checklists help to evaluate whether the following actions are performed correctly:
- employment for work;
- introduction amendments to labor contracts;
- provision of vacation;
- payment of salary;
- termination of employment.
Most checklists concern the fulfillment of labor protection requirements for various jobs.
