The Government of the Russian Federation signed a decree according to which if an examination by scientific or educational organizations accredited by Rospatent is carried out in relation to patented inventions and utility models, business will be given a 50% discount on the payment of state fees.
The resolution provides for the free issuance of documents of protection - patents, certificates in electronic form.
Fees for the issuance of duplicate patents for an invention, utility model, industrial design and duplicate certificates for means of individualization in electronic form will be reduced from the current 1.5 thousand rubles to 800 rubles.
