According to the proposed law, inspectors must last not more than 10 working days, both in the case of on-site inspection as well as with documentary unscheduled inspections.
It is planned that in fact, inspections can last longer. So, an on-site inspection may not include the days when actual inspection activities were not conducted. With respect to the documentary inspection, it is suggested not to include, in particular, the period from the moment of receipt of the inspection request until actual submission of documents. In both cases, it is possible not to include to the inspection the period up to 10 business days.
