The Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation has updated the procedure for issuing registration certificates to Russian organizations involved in the processing of crude oil.
New forms of documents have been approved, which are provided for the provision of this public service. This is, in particular, the form of a decision on the suspension or renewal of the certificate, its cancellation. In addition, the rules for filing a complaint by the applicant, as well as the procedure for appealing the decision on it, have been established.
