V Moskve Otmenena Sistema QR Kodov

"Mandatory QR-code system in public catering establishments will be canceled in Moscow from July 19"

In Moscow catering establishments, the obligatory QR code system is canceled, restrictions on night work are lifted, events in clubs, bars, discos and karaoke are resumed, food courts and children's playrooms are starting to work as usual. The corresponding decree was signed by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

Sergei Sobyanin said that the situation with the coronavirus in the capital is improving, allowing some of the beds that were previously given for COVID-19 to be converted to normal work.

Since July 19, the QR code system has been of a recommendatory nature - businesses can continue to use it at will and independently check the codes with visitors. Also, for those who wish, it is possible to issue a QR code for themselves.

Organizations that continue to carry out their activities without QR codes can work as usual, but with the obligatory observance of measures to protect against coronavirus: wearing protective equipment and observing social distance.

At the same time, a number of restrictive measures on coronavirus remain in the capital. Pavilions and premises in zoos remain closed to visitors, while open areas and open-air cages on the street can be visited.

The decree of the head of Rospotrebnadzor in the capital, Elena Andreeva, on compulsory vaccination in a number of areas remains in force. Employees of trade, public catering services, transport, education, health care, social protection, housing and communal services, culture and employees of organizations working with children should be vaccinated. It is also necessary to get vaccinated for those holding the positions of the Moscow State Civil Service, municipal employees, employees of the capital's authorities and their subordinate organizations.
