For concealment of the debtor's property and information about it, committed with the use of official position or by controlling persons and beneficiaries of the bankrupt, there is a fine from 500 thousand to 2 million rubles. or imprisonment for up to 4 years with a fine of 500 thousand rubles.
For illegal obstruction of the bankruptcy manager's activities, if it caused large damage, the controlling persons of the debtor will be fined from 500 thousand to 2 million rubles, or subjected to forced labor or imprisonment for up to 4 years with a fine of 500 thousand rubles.
For deliberate bankruptcy with the use of official position or by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, a fine of 3 to 5 million rubles is threatened. or imprisonment for up to 7 years with a fine of up to 5 million rubles.
It is worth noting that controlling persons who are involved for deliberate bankruptcy or unlawful actions in bankruptcy for the first time can be exempted from criminal liability if they actively contributed to the disclosure of the crime.
