Preferential mortgages for the construction of private houses will appear in Russia. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin.
The work on the project will be carried out in several stages. According to Khusnullin, first of all, it is necessary to ensure the provision of land and registration of rights to the constructed facilities. Changes to regulatory documents are planned to be prepared no later than the first half of 2022. As a result of joint work with Rosreestr, land plots for construction with a total area of about 100 million square meters have already been found. m.
At the next stage, it is necessary to carry out work on land surveying. The ultimate goal will be the allocation of separate plots for the rapid provision of land as collateral when registering a mortgage.
The register of standard projects for individual housing construction will be approved. Elvira Nabiullina, Chairman of the Central Bank, noted that it is easier for banks to issue loans in the presence of standard projects, this will reduce the cost of analyzing such projects.
All of the above will allow you to issue a mortgage for the construction of private low-rise buildings at a low interest rate. The expected annual percentage of the loan has not yet been announced.
