Article 19 of the Federal Law "On Advertising" is supplemented by a rule that prohibits the distribution of sound advertising using sound equipment mounted and located on external walls, roofs and other structural elements of buildings, structures and structures. The rule will take effect on August 25, 2021.
We would like to remind that certain restrictions of sound advertising are still in effect. So, in accordance with Part 6 of Art. 20 of the Law on Advertising, the distribution of sound advertisements using vehicles is not allowed.
